This may sound dumb but I cannot make my 8100 insert a + sign into a text message. Initially I was trying to edit my Owner's text and I wanted to put ing my home phone number in international format +41 22 nnn nnnn.
I discovered that I could not use Multitap or SureType to do thid. The + sign is not in the Symbol library and I tried all combinations of Alt, Shift, Multitap and SureType modes.
A google search reveals how to do this in a phone number but holding the 0 key does not producs a + sign in a text message or in my Owner's screen.
How Please can I do this? I am sorry to ask such a dumb question but I fear that I may be having a senior moment here...... thanks - Pete
