I used BB8100 (Orange Carrier) for a year now and I still met this following Pb: all incomming calls, knowed by my adress book, only displayed numbers But not adress book's NAME...so I'm not able to reconize my Friends!
Does it only do this when the keyboard is locked? If so go to options-security options-general settings. In the content protection area. Turn off 'include address book'. Save, battery pull and you should be good to go. Hope it helps
