ACK!!! OK, guys - does anybody else have this problem? I haven't figured out what I'm doing wrong (because it doesn't happen every time) but, frequently, when I receive a call, the incoming call will go directly to hold while the phone redials the last person I called. Am I double-clicking or mashing (it's a Southern term) the button too hard? Any suggestions? TIA, Laura
