For some reason when i go to transfer videos from my media card into my desktop they don't transfer and a window pops up saying "a door may be open" then my videos turn into folders with symbols and squares......and their gone for good, forever!
I put my media card into the SD adapter
i have formatted the card 3 times now and it happens every time.
