I have a symbol saying i have 1 IM, but I don't. I ended all my blackberry messenger conversations and I have no new IMs! How do I get rid of that 1 new IM symbol?? It's driving me crazy!

Try going to your Messages, then hit menu, View Folder and check all those folders. Also check BB Messenger for pending requests. If it's not any of that, try a battery pull.
