Suddenly a fat grey upward pointing arrow has appeared in the top right corner of my Pearl 8100. Simultaneously incoming texts and e mails began to appear highlighted and are difficult or impossible to open/manipulate. Help !
If your phone is still under waranty, take it back to your carrier for a replacement. If it isn't you will have to go through insurance (if you have it.)
