    I have an unlocked 8120 everything works but I dont get phone calls. It lets me know when I have missed a call but my phone doesnt ring. I have called att and they said it is something with the phone. Can someone please help me????

    What OS? Is the forwarding on? Is it on silent profile? What have you ruled out?

    There's also a little setting in the profiles if you edit the phone settings called Do Not Disturb. If checked, it will send all calls to voice mail.
