    I just got my replacment BB and downloaded the new roxio desktop but cannot transfer anything, it says "There is no device connected please connect your device in order to view it's contents."
    I have it connected through the USB cord and shows up on my computer just not on the roxio media manager.
    it is FRUSTRATING me! what do I do????

    Another problem I have is that my trackball will not scroll up or down whenever I go to type a messege. I can scroll within my applications but only when I go to type is when it dosen't work....

    BTW I just registered to this site, it's awesome!
