Long story short, I accidentally ran over my 8130 with my car. Miraculously, the call/receive functionality still works, but the display is broken. I'm getting it replaced through Verizon's 3rd party handset insurance. The new phone arrives on Monday. My question is, how can I wipe out the phone's memory prior to sending back my current phone?
If it still gets recognized by Desktop Manager, you should be able to do it that way. Uncheck everything, choose the option to wipe all info from the device. Make sure you back it up first.
