I just got my BB pearl and now i have a 507 error. Everyone says to install my new OS, well Im pretty sure ive downloaded the newest OS, but when i open up my Desktop Manager and go to App Loader, i can never seem to find where to put this OS file to upload it on my phone. Everyone says it will automatically prompt the installation, well it doesnt, and when i do run app laoder it loads all my apps but at the very end says unable to reconnected to mass storage....?

Please explain in great detail(Not very smart)

You need to install the OS onto your PC first.

That didn't answer my question. I didn't ask for what you downloaded. I asked for the filename for what you downloaded. What is the name of the file you downloaded.

You don't. When you open Desktop manager, it should prompt you with a dialog saying there are updates available.

    Well it doesnt do that.....

all it does is open Desktop Manager like it would when there is no BB device connected, even though there is.
