Just got a BlackBerry 8100 and i noticed that evey contact i save, the number is saved in the WORK field. Is there any way to set MOBILE as the default field for the numers do be saved?
Unfortunately there is no way to do this. RIM's background is creating phones for people in a business environment, which is why the default is work. Hopefully now that they are marketing to consumers they will give us the choice to set the default to mobile instead of work.
