I just got my blackberry pearl, (it's my first time having a blackberry), and I pretty much have everything figured out I just can't highlight text! I'm trying to highlight a web address on my email on the browser and there is no option on the menu and I have no idea what else I should do? Help please! Thanks

Put the cursor where you want it to start, then press and hold the shift button, and move the trackpad whatever way you want.

I don't think you even need to hold the shift key down. All I need to do is punch the key once and just highlight away. Maybe it's because I upgraded the software?
