    Hi, I updated the os to BlackBerry Handheld Software v4.5.0.188 (Multilanguage)
    and now my ringo does not work, when I try to start it, it says "Please use blackberry options application to allow media access permission for ringo"
    When I go to the options for Ringo, everything on there says Allow. I expanded all options and they all say Allow. Any ideas how I can fix this issue? I miss my Ringo.

    I tried the soft reset and pulling the battery and still no dice on getting it to work.
