In an attempt to update my handheld software with new apps, I accidentally deleted my instant messenging programs...how can I get it back? I've tried to restore factory settings, reinstall the software several times...

Any tips on how I can get the programs back on my phone by downloading from a website or copying it from another Pearl???

Did you log into your BIS website and resend your service books?

I already did that...but instant messaging application is gone from my phone...need to get it back...

You should be able to go to the blackberry.com site and download OTA. If your browser is present, this should be all that you have to do.
