Ok heres the deal, i sent a text on my phone and put my phone down walked away came back and poof white screen,did battery pull and nothing....charged battery still nothing......desk top manager sees it crackmem sees it and wipes it ......cant make calles ..no sound....nothing.....oh wait i heard the alarm but that was it ....help please im stuck with a samsung till i get it fixed!!!!!
