My phone has all the sudden stopped working, my friends call and it plays my caller tune then goes to my voicemail..and I do not hear or see them calling. I've tried sending a text and it says protocol error, also when I try to make a call it makes an odd noise and says call failed.

Any ideas what this could be? I have tmobile, and have paid my bill! LOL

With your bb on, remove the battery for about 30 seconds, then reinsert the battery.

I had tried that several times but it didn't work, perhaps tmobile had an outage..but thanks it's working now!
