help ive managed to install opera mini on my flip but after installing i cant manage to find the icon or where it was install so i can use it

Did you use an OTA link? The om icon is a red O. Looks kinds like overstock.com. You may need to show all icons.

OTA is over the air like if you installed directly on the BB as opposed to through desktop manager. It doesn't show up in your application list?

Yes they do.
To enable all icons on your home screen go to menu. Make sure there is a check mark next to show all.
