My phone isn't sending or receiving calls or texts but the internet works.. I also have a missed call icon still even after deleting all call logs and hard resetting the phone
Any ideas?

Try a battery pull. With the phone on remove the battery for 30 seconds, then put it back in. Also when posting, please use a descriptive title for your post. It's difficult when searching and all you see for a post title is "Help needed!" A better title would have been "unable to make calls."
