Dear cb users, I bought a BB pearl 8100 in the states unlocked, I brought it overseas to Caracas, when I got here found out that the BBIM was not installed, Went to a store they installed it to me, but it is not working properly, I have to constantly update the service books to get it to work, I talk to my carrier and they told me everything is working well on my account, any recommendations??

Try deleting BB Messenger and then reinstalling it from your desktop manager. It might be a different version because its from another country.
