The manual says to go to Browser -> Menu -> Go To to visit a web page, however the Go To option does not show up under the Menu option in Browser. Can anyone help me?

When I first got mine setup "go to" wasn't there either. For me it took 10 mins or so for it to be up and running. Once I got me hand set registered with RIM then I was good

Try pulling the battery and doing a full reset..
