    ok, so here's the problem. I need to change my username in my email setup to [email protected] instead of just Dave. I've logged into the BIS site and cannot find a way to change the username.... any help here would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks!

    Just delete the account and recreate it.

    I've done that multiple times..... all you put in are 1: email address and 2: password.... then it sets up the rest.... i need to find out how to change the username!!!

    call up your service provider and ask them to do it, they might have a different user interface on the BIS that lets them do it...

    Try putting the password in wrong. I think it will then have you set up the account manually.

    If you want to wipe out your user name, you have to call your service provider. At least I had to....

    If you're provider is Verizon, you will have to contact their Support. They will be able to delete and recreate your username for you without charge.
