I just got my 8130 (got rid of my terrible Moto Q and it's MS software) and I installed the BB desktop software that came with the phone. I have Outlook 2003 here at my office.
So here's what's happening:
Synchronize -> Synchronize Now -----"Determining the configuration name for main..." -> "unknown error reported"
The same thing happens when I try to configure the synchronization under the configure tab.
