I upgraded my phone from the Pearl to the Curve. I am trying to set up my Pearl for my mother-in-law and I can't get my email address off the phone. I can't find my personal email set up. Thanks, Diane
Yes, I already have my Curve set up and have been using it a month. I had turned the Pearl off and we charged it yesterday. I was just going to remove my email addresses from the Pearl and I can't figure out how to remove them.
You need to ensure that your new curve gets the service books from the pearl. Go to your bis site and select the option to change device, input the required info and the curve will now have all your email addresses. You then can input new emails to the pearl, hope this helps. To remove from pearl log onto the bis site again and remove or change on pearl
