youre only option is to enter the incorrect password 10 times, then the device will do a security wipe and then you can use it again. be warned, you will lose all your saved data and contacts, hope you did a backup on your pc before this. But if youve forgotten your pw, this seems to be the only viable option at this point.

Unfortunately, it's the only thing you can do. It's what makes a BB secure, you wouldn't want that information getting into the wrong hands.
