That's because you are on the unlimited internet plan you need to switch to the unlimited calling plan.

Why would you expect unlimited minutes over WiFi?

Two things are required for unlimited UMA minutes. 1) you have to be on UMA. The phone will indicate when you are on UMA. 2) you need to add the $10 per month Unlimited HotSpot Calling option to your account. Otherwise UMA minutes are deducted from your regular calling plan minutes.

Oh and 3) call #MIN# to check your anytime minutes remaining. Some of the minute usage web pages do not correctly account for Unlimited HotSpot minutes.
