On your phone go to options > media card and set the following:
Media Card Support = On
Encryption Mode = None
Mass Storage Mode Support = On
Auto Enable Mass Storage... = Yes.
Save and exit.
Now when you connect your phone to the PC it will set up as a
removable drive. You can simply drag and drop the songs into
the music sub-folder. Just keep in mind any music protected
with DRM (Digital Rights Management) will not play.
You can either open the DM and ask the media manager to sync with your music in your PC's library or another option is to hook your phone up and go into my computer look for your phone and open up the media card option and just drag and drop your music from your library to the music folder in your media card.
