    Blackberry pearl 8100 wont turn on I only get flashing red LED lights I was just trying to update my device. HELPP!!!!!

    I have the same problem too... tried to remove the batery and after 5 mins even put it back and notthing happened...its a 1 day old phone...:-(

    It happens when it is updated, what is needed is an updated OS. should work it helped me
