My bb pearl 8130 will not let me recieve or make phone calls. In the right hand cornor it says off. I am not quite sure what to do about it. Please Help!!!

The radio is off it needs to get turned on. Look for an icon that is labled manage connections. It will have radio and a second thing for bluetooth. Turn the radio to on and that should solve the problem.

What is your battery level? Sometimes when the battery gets very low the radio will switch off.

Try charging your phone and then turning on your radio. If that does not work, you might to take your phone in.

I had the same problem. Thought it was a network problem, but you are on Telus, I am on Sprint. Hmm... Mine just started working after a while. Did you get it figured out?
