Hey all....kids been playing on BB and somehow I am locked out. I tried entering the PUK and followed instruction but tono avail as I got message 'could not change PIN. PIN is blocked'. Can anyone here assist me in unlocking my BB URGENTLY??????

Contact your carrier and make sure they give you the right PUK code, from the sounds of it you toasted your SIM card from too many invalid password and they will need to supply you with a new one

Bla1ze got good news....got a replacement sim card from carrier.

It appears you were correct......the sim was toasted because of entering the PUK more than ten times.

At the carrier I learnt that because the paper with the PUK was badly folded, what I thought was a 0 was instead an 8....hence the problem.

I must also apologize to my kidz in blaming them at first instance for the problem...heavens, they have the darn phone more than me anyway!!!
