I am getting all my phone calls and texts from everyone, except for one person.... doesn't make sense.

Someone have any ideas what could be going on?

I was going to say the same thing as lordnightkind. Logically, it seems like their phone. It could be that they're saying that they're trying to talk to you, but really they aren't and don't want to.
