I have had my bb about a month now and I love it BUT have tons of pics that I can't get off of it because my desktop manager cd does not work. It freezes up every time I try to use it I know that I could e-mail the pics but thats a lot of work for so many pictures. I do not have a media card so they are all stored in my device memory. Any suggestions. Oh..and while I'm here.....I can't access ANY type of video. HELP!!! pleeasseee!!!

Yes, I reposted here because I realized my device is an 8100 and not an 8130 and did not know if that would make a difference
