I'm beginning to think something is wrong with my BB - I have successfully loaded MP3 music (using both media manager and then just dragging from windows media player) into the music folder of my media card, but when I push menu to find "play" or "play all" when I get my list of music, that is not one of the choices. Instead I get "open", view thumbnails, new folder, delete, etc. If I push open, it says "unable to display file". I have have literally spent hours working on this!
How are you accessing the music? Are you using the media application that is built into the device or a third party app. Are you trying to play with the device connected to the PC? Also have you tried a battery pull?
