I believe BB has their own app that you can download for free from their site OTA.

I use RIM's Google Talk app - which you can get from here:
    Code:
    http://www.blackberry.com/devicesoftware/entry.do?code=gtalk
And in order to get GoogleTalk to communicate with your MSN, Yahoo and AOL-AIM buddies, check here:
    Code:
    http://www.bigblueball.com/forums/general-other-im-news/33739-connect-google-talk-aim-msn-yahoo.html

(Sorry, I can't post URLs yet - so you'll need to copy-paste into a browser window).

But the above works really well and integrates into the Blackberry Messages pane, just like BB-Messenger does, etc.

    It doesn't.

There is no option to set a Jabber server manually.

Google Talk itself works of course, but only with GTalk, not with MSN/Yahoo etc.

    Sry,

    WebMessenger Inc.

A free solution but JiveTalk and Mundu IM still own.
