What is that thing for at the bottom of the blackberry? Its that small hole, is it for popping open the face plate or something?

Speaking of face plates, how would one go about changing it?

I just assumed the little hole was to pick up your voice when you speak during a call.

the hole in the bottom is the microphone and look for a video on you tube about doing the second thing
