hey everyone, i just got my blackberry pearl flip today. the external screen only has the tmobile logo on it and nothing else, it doesn't change when i press any of the side buttons or anything. to my knowledge it should have the clock, date, battery life, notifications, etc. I've come to the conclusion there's no way on the phone of changing it to that screen from the tmobile screen so I'm assuming that screen shouldn't be there altogether. and im pretty sure you can read the messages through the external screen also, but yet again pressing the side buttons doesn't change anything. if someone knows anything about the issue I'd really appreciate hearing about it. i bought the phone off ebay and there's a no refunds, returns, and exchanges policy and i really dont want to be stuck with a defective phone.
