    When I try and back up my berry I get this error message. Any help would be appreciated. Pearl 8100 OS v4.5, DM v4.7.

    It might be that 4.7 version of DM causing your issue. Lots of people have had issues with it including myself. Try downloading one of the previous versions snd give that a try.

    nvm, got it fixed. deleting cache/cookies from browser fixed it for some odd reason, but hey, it worked.

    I would still follow Iceman's advise and go to v4.6, it will eliminate a lot of upgrade issues.
