Bet you guys get this a lot! Well as you can tell I am new to Blackberry's.
I had a 8800 for about a week and managed to set up my account just fine and receive email messages, but my Pearl is giving me a lot of trouble. I have a couple theories of why I think I am not receiving or pairing with my email account. I got BIS today and have the web browser, and have set up an email account but am not receiving emails...
1. I set up an account a while ago and when I went to access it on the Pearl, I was told that it was suspended, this account had the email address that I am using with the new account. NOTE: the old account is paired with the 8800 not the Pearl, I dont know if this will cause it to not work.
I guess my question is where do I go from here? If I have an account set up with an Yahoo email address, why am I not able to view messages?
