I may be asking too much from my phone, but I get new emails ok and everything works great as far as that goes. What I need to do is see the different folders in Hotmail that I have created on my regular computer. For example I get a bid from a client and I am at my computer at work. I read the email and put it in a folder that I have created called Bids. Then later on the job, I need to look at the email again. I click on the icon on my phone and it opens my email, but how can I see those folders that I have created. I can go to View Folders and all I can see is stuff like Missed Calls and SMS and MMS Inbox's and Outbox's. Am I asking too much or do I have something not set up right?

It is not possible too see or access the sub folders if you are using BIS, which you probably are.

BIS - BlackBerry Internet Service. It is your only option, unless you would set up a BES - BlackBerry Enterprise Server, which would be costly.
