I recently upgraded to OS 4.5.0.81 on my T-Mobile Pearl. Now, most of my emails come through looking something like this:

I also have Empower Email Viewer installed (v 3.0.72.7; I believe the latest version) and on rare occasions an email will be visible in the Empower format.

Any reason why my emails come in looking like this? Would I be better off uninstalling Empower Email Viewer?

i would try this first go to options/advanced options/host routing table hit the menu button then register now. also login to my tmobile and look at the bottom of the page and look for internet email options and resend your service books. and if all else fails uninstall empower

I'm getting tre same thing. Tried resending service books, but still same problem. Anybody else?

My guess is empower is messing with 4.5's built in html email and they are messing each other up. Get rid of empower and it should clear things up.

You have to go into the e-mail settings icon , once in send "service books". Once that is done you go into the messages icon, go to options, email settings , and then you will have the opyion to enable HTML
