I just noticed when I got home and checked my email on my laptop that I had two new emails but nothing had every shown up or notified me on my Pearl. I went into my email on my phone and the new messages don't even show up there.

Any idea what I can do?

Have you done a battery pull with the device on? If not, try that. You should check the free memory also.

sounds to me like you need to use your internet browser and go to blackberry.com from the phone and resend service books, or your can logon on your computer and sign in and send them from there, it will confirm the email accounts that you have setup via message to your phone for each of the email accounts you have..

another way to get the service books is to call your service provider. they can send them to you also.
