EMail account no longer accessible
I received an e-mail from blackberry this morning telling me that my e-mail account is no longer accessible and that it was probably due to a recent change of password. To resume receiving e-mail, I was instruged to login to the blackberry internet account and verify the password. Problem is I haven't changed the password and my e-mail is still accessible on my computer.
I don't know if I really know how to do this. I went to the e-mail set up wizard and tried to log in to my e-mail account and it says my username and password don't exist. So then I tried to set up a new account and it told me that my phone already has an e-mail account set up.
Please help - I don't know what to do!!
