Alright...So a coworker handed me a Pearl 8130 to look at. Problem stated is she is not recieving any email since Friday, October 2nd. I looked at it and she is right! I have seen that BIS 2.8 has indeed rolled out.
The concern I have regarding the issue is that is an unlocked device on the Ntelos network. I've done a battery pull on the phone to see if it helps update the device, but is there anything else I can do to alleviate the situation for the time being?
Have you registered the device through the host routing table?
Options, advanced options, Host Routing Table, Menu key, register now.
I find it hard to believe someone can find CrackBerry using Google,
yet couldn't find their "heat seeking moisture missile" in a speedo once they get here.
