    i posted a thread once before about this, but didnt really get alot of feedback..

    i can not get my email set up on my blackberry. i had a black 8100, and decided to switch to a white one. i had the email set up on my black one, but when i tried to set up the email it asked me to create a new account. when i click that option, it says my account cannot be found, and then i have to enter in my pin and imei, i guess to create a new account. i do this, and the same message pops up and tells me i cant do it from the phone, so i tried on the computer. i get the same exact message. am i doing something wrong or is there something wrong with my phone??? please help

    Goto your SP BIS page and just switch PIN # it will ask you if you want to.

    I think it would be best if you just called your carrier and told them that you changed your phone. They need to make changes in your account to update it so that it is tied to the new phone.
