So, I may or may not have dropped my pearl - and now it says it can't read my media card, that it may not be formatted. Before I go and try to do something to the card, does anyone have any ideas?
reboot your phone and remove the battery and see if it works. If not, try reading the card on your computer. if it works, then try reading it in your phone. The problem may lie in just rebooting it, or the phone, or the card.
