I have Verizon & my calls are always lost! Even if I have a full signal...they still get dropped! Is it the phone itself or what!? The first couple of months I loved my phone now I just want to throw it up against a wall! Help! =]

That is certainly not normal.

One thing that can cause it is very low memory. If pulling the battery corrects the problem for a while, that may be causing the problem.

The best way to correct it is to remove the preinstalled sample video, music and pictures along with the sophisticated corporate only software.

If you are still experiencing the problem, that is reason enough to return it for replacement.
