I dont know what im doing wrong. I can't even get the videos on low quality to download. I get an error that sais the file is too big to reasonably be displayed when attempting to download. I'm stumped. :/

Can someone help me
1) do you have the unlimited data package via your cell phone provider.
- you need to have a data package to view/stream any data via the web.
2) what OS are you using, 4.2 will not support streaming media of any sort.
- you'll have to update your OS to 4.5 via the link at the top of the page for your device.
