I recently purchased a new BB tour and wanted to transfer over my info to the new one. Well when i plugged in my old BB pearl 8120 it kept giving me and error so I checked for upgrade. Well it did need some updating so as I was updating the cord came loose and messed up the update now I cant get the pearl to do anything !! I called tmobile they helped me to get my all my info to the new BB but couldn't help me get the pearl up and running again. I dont need the phone anymore but its not that old and would be sucha waste to just toss out. Any one that can help me !!! Please !!!
