Hi there - I'm new to the world of BB and it's taking me a while to learn how to use it ( i'm a Razr convert). Now that i've finally figured out how to use the phone, i've noticed that my vm messages are disappearing. Today I can have 11 saved messages and tomorrow they'll be gone. I called TMo and they said there are no known issues and that all messages should automatically save for 30 days and the 30 day counter restarts each time you press 9 to save the message. I used to have messages that were at least 6 months old and now no messages stay longer than a few days to a week. Any ideas? Thanks!!
