Now this program is ONLY for 8100 Pearls BTW. The forum is called eveek dot com. I tried this and I cant get it to work. Do i do the OTA install or the zip install either way I cant figure it out.

Hi. I can't seem to figure out how to dl the colorpearl. When I unzip the files on my computer, it says I need a program to open them up with. Please help.

If you havn't installed your BB's Desktop Manager, do a quick Search on Crack Berry, you'll find it here. You can upload apps onto your phone in seconds with it

Downloading OTA might be easier, in either case though, installation doesn't take long at all. I got it to work right away and have been loving it ever since!

I don't know if I'm doing something wrong. But I downloaded the app from geek and proud. But when I have the trackball set to a color it never turns off. It's always on even when the phone is in sleep mode. Can anyone help?

I have only heard of this type of behavior after the device has been damaged in one form or another. How has your BB been taken care of? Regardless, dont forget to go through the typical fixit steps, such as pulling the battery, reinstalling colorpearl, wiping the handheld, upgrading the OS, etc etc etc.

I looked under Options, and I don't see anything...

I dl this and its neat! But I was hoping it would allow to customize with my contacts (same way a custom ringtone works) works great @ work & at night cuz you can tell who's contacting you just by the light of the trackball.

Does anyone have a free dwnld for that?
