My pearl worked fine all day, then the screen went totally white. I tried to do battery pull nothing. Tried agian this time red light but nothing happend .Anyone know what happend?

Sounds like a possible dead battery. Have you tried plugging it in and charging for a while?

Try that to start, if it isn't the case, there are other things to try. How old is your Pearl, and have you ever replaced the battery?

i tried that . the green light doesnt come on when i plug the charger in.
i think i am going to get a new battery to see if that is it. it is about 6 months old.

I took the sims card out to put into another phone. When i put the battery back in it turned right on. It has come back to life. Thanks for the help. But I am also going to buy a new battery .
